What we love

For us, there’s nothing better than using simple and unique ingredients when crafting our fabulous gelato, baked goods, soups, panini and more. We strive to recreate a truly Italian taste with the finest and freshest ingredients that are sustainably produced and locally sourced from good farmers.

We love to use Slow Food Presidia ingredients, a project run by Slow Food Foundation for biodiversity to directly help groups of small artisanal food producers, but we also honor the Slow Food values of good, clean and fair food. In other words, food that is good for you, good for the environment and fair to the producers.
