Homemade “Ciabatta” Panini

We serve Italian-style "Ciabatta Panini". We love to simply use a few unique ingredients when creating our Panini in order to savor the true flavor of each ingredient. It is thrilling for us to reproduce the authentic Italian taste using the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients that are produced sustainably and locally sourced.

The cheeses mostly come from small artisanal cheesemakers in Pennsylvania or Vermont and the "Salumi" we use are from talented artisans in the States, who use traditional Italian techniques.

Panini are served with an organic salad, seasonal fresh fruit, with flaxseeds dressed with Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP and Italian extra virgin olive oil.

Panini are served any time, any day.

Gluten free "Farinata" (chick pea Bread)

L'Albero likes to include everyone. For those who have an intolerance to gluten, our Panini can be prepared with homemade "Farinata"* (chick pea bread). "Farinata", which is typical from the Liguria Region, is made with only chick pea flour, water, salt, and extra virgin olive oil! "Semplicemente buonissimi." "Simply amazing!"
